Dear Erik,

First I have to say that having your guide is wonderful! It saves me a lot
of time from driving down streets that there would be no parking. A tip
that I do when I know I'm going to be looking in a certain area is that I
print up a map on Mapquest or Yahoo and color code the streets with a
highlighter that have parking available or limited parking or metered
parking. This way when I'm driving around, I can take a quick glance at the map and see what streets are nearby and circle only those streets. It works great for me.

The only thing I wish I had done was to order a hard copy of your book
rather than the online version. Sometimes I'm already in the city and have a call to go to another section and I don't have that information available to me on the road.

As far as the New Service, I do like it.
